SPICEモデルアーカイブ

ちょっと古いデバイスのSPICEモデルを見つけたのでアーカイブ
リンクで保存しておいても最近はどんどんブログがなくなる…
ただし出どころがはっきりしないので、現物と合わない場合は破棄するなり修正するなりしたほうが良いです。

LTspiceのメモ [標準モデルを追加する]

久し振りに、LTspiceでシミュレーションしたろか!と思って起動しようとしたら動かない。。。先日、ハードディスクの整理をした時に削除してしまったようです。フォルダごと見当たりません。なので再インストールしましたがチマチマと作っておいたライブラリも消えていたので、また一から作り直しです。久し振りの作業なのでライブラリの追加の仕方を忘れています。頻繁にする作業じゃないので毎回忘れてます。方法をここにメモしておいて今後に備えようと思います。

まず基本のLTspice本体の在り処
 リニアテクノロジーの日本語サイト

インストール後の初期状態では例えば2SC1815のデータは入っていないのでこれを使えるようにします。「spice model 2SC1815」とかで検索すると色々見つかりますが私はここからコピーしました。

下図を参考に「standard.bjt」をテキストエディタで開いて上のデータをコピペします。


追加した様子。私は秀丸エディタを愛用しています。保存して閉じちゃいます。これですぐに使えるようになっているはず。

水漏れ防止剤(自動車のラジエター

先日、1090ADVのラジエターに小さなクラックが生じたのかクーラントが抜ける事態に。
クーラントを入れ直して見ると、特にポタポタする様子はない。
エンジンかけて温まってきたら0.2~0.3mmほどの太さの噴水が2条、ピューと吹き出してきた。

穴のサイズは軽微だと判断して漏れドメ剤を使ってみることにした。

赤黒い粒入りスムージーなこいつをレシピ通り3%だいたい60ccをラジエターに投入後エンジンを掛けてみる。

あっけないほどかんたんに漏れが止まったけど、どうして止まるのかがわからないとなんだか怖いので機序をググってみた。

だいたいこちらのとおりだそうだ。
酸化して粘度の上がる糊状の液体を投入していることになり、ピンホールから漏れ出す時に固まるようになっている。そういうものなので、冷却系統内の酸素にも反応して目詰まりさせる可能性がある上、永久修理とはならない。
とのこと。
